wacom pen / tablet problem

hey guys, need help, so im getting these discontinued lines / dead spots when using my tablet.
and they coincide with a certain spot on my tablet (intuous4 small)
ive also noticed that the bottom most side button gets triggered in these spots as well sometimes
ive got a stock pen and a classic pen. and this is only happening on my classic pen
restarting my computer solves the problem, but the problem comes back after a few hours.
restarting the wacom tablet service does nothing. ive tried googleing, but im not getting any results that help
