Modo 10 Curve Continuity/Loops Question

Brand-new to Modo and subd.  If anyone can check the attached video and tell me how to add the appropriate loops without destroying curve continuity I'd be grateful and impressed.

try selecting one edge and alt+c to loop slice or without selecting anything shift+c to cut

 keep in mind that preserve curves can not be %100 precise in all cases. turn off preserve curvature to add linear edge loops without distortion. but then you'll come across another issue that is one of the essentials of subd modeling. for more subd modeling questions and answers I suggest this thread:
