Most recent shot:

Güilly Is a crazy biker designed by Mario Manzanares, you can see more of his work
here.
This is what i have so far:

And the concept:

Güilly is a really fun character I've been wanting to work on for a while and i'm so excited to finally be working on him with Mario.
I won't be making the bike, but there will be a prop to pose him with and he will be animated as well!
I've been working on him for about a month now in my own time after work but he is moving at a pretty steady pace.
Any advice or critique would be appreciated,
I also livestream my progress on twitch so pop by if you would like

I spent most of my time working on the face and blocking in the clothing.
A couple little things to build in, but I've started to refine a lot of the forms now.
I'm pretty much done with the face, i'll come back and revisit it maybe later.
Now time for the jacket!
(I'm a terrabad speller so i'm sorry for the mistakes)
I threw him into marmoset for fun.
Even though his arm is pretty broken its nice to seem him rendered all fancy.
A little more polish on his jacket then i think i'm going to start retopo!
I have put the spikes there, but they aren't visible from this view. I'll have to place them so they aren't directly behind the arms (or make them longer) so they can be seen from more views.
I threw him into Marmo and posted him up on artstation
I finally found some time to finish up Guilly's retopo. So now its onto the unwrap so i can send him off to a rigger.
I also started his weapon, but that needs a retopo to. I'm never going to leave the black hole that is retopo.
I haven't posted in a while, but i have been working on Guilly's textures and i ahve sent him to a friend of mine Kraaijkampf to be rigged. This project has been growing in size in terms of who is working on it and i love it! It really is an amazing feeling to work with amazing people on a project you love, and to see everyone enjoying it only makes it better.
So here are some WIP shots of his textures and rig!!
I have to get the rest of his textures together and finish the mesh before getting his final skin, and then i can send him to be animated! VERY excited.
I want to put him in a pose where i can get some texture feedback without him being in his default A pose, but i won't be able to use this one as it covers a bit too much of his body, but it was fun to do anyways!
I'm looking for some feedback on Guilly's textures! Let me know what you think!
here is a link to the marmo viewer if you want a better look and i look forward to seeing what you think!
My deadline to send him to the animator is the 15th of may, so i only have a few days to get started on his weapon textures then i can send him across. I can't wait to see him moving, its going to break my little heart.
He has been sent over to be animated and i'm so excited.
The textures are still pretty much just a base for now and Guilly still needs some work himself but in the next few weeks i should have some idle anims to show off!
You can see some of the animation tests on Sonny's twitter!

And I textured his can!
Sorry for the crappy literal screenshot.
I'm just figuring out the last of the presentation details i want and then I can finish him off and start recording the voice over for the Quixel tutorial.
All i have left to do is the final poses for tasty renders.
