Hi guys, this character is based on a concept from Karl Kopinski, and I gave him a background story and tweked somethings to match it. I tried to tell it with my final image
It has 60K tris, it is rendered in Marmoset toolbag, and was done in 3ds Max, Zbrush, Maya, Mudbox, Marvelous and Substance painter.
Great work! I like it a lot, gives me a WW mood. But I'd change the blue color of uniform into dark greenish, with the hint to yellow, like military uniforms of the era.
Nice job. It definitely looks great but I concur that the uniform should be altered slightly to match the real life counter part. If you are aiming for more realism that is. If not, then it's good as is.
