Here are a small number of textures I created for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It was a real pleasure getting to contribute to this project and an even greater pleasure working with so many amazing people!
Substance Designer was used heavily on the production, with most textures being created entirely inside of Designer. nDo was used on a few materials to generate an initial normal map.
Many more renders over on ArtStation https://www.artstation.com/artwork/PJzNZ

@MooseCommander - Damn, I will just go ahead and put a screwdriver to my hard drives and light my equipment on fire :-)
@acealmighty13 - Thanks a lot! Thats a great question, glad you asked it. When working on the trim sheets I spoke with a lot of the world artists as far as what they thought they would use the most and I went to work based on that feedback. There were some texel density / metric considerations with how big these strips would be in game so I kept that in mind while authoring it as well. The trims sheets went through a few revisions before we got it just right. As far as your project, both routes are viable and I would encourage you to explore both to see what would work best for you :-).
@Kyetja - Thanks a lot! :-)
@Sunray - Thanks! :-)
@Clark Coots - Thanks I appreciate that! :-)
