In Marmoset 3 many settings lost, example the blurred shadows lost too (you can see on neck). And you can see the color of head is different, however the textures are same.
If I increase the Scatter Depth evertyhing will be blurry, so I lost the details from normal map.
If I change the transclucency value to maximum whitout any map in Marmoset 3 you can see almost nothing, if I turn on the translucency map you can see absolut any affect in Marmoset 3.
Maybe the SSS shader looks better in Marmoset 3 if the mesh has wax material, but whit texture there are any experience to set it to cool?

Check out this post in the Toolbag 3 User group: it's a summary a bunch of stuff we've written about the skin shader: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ToolbagUserGroup/permalink/1307288622645956/?match=am9lIHdpbHNvbixza2lu
One other question I have... Does anyone have a example scatter map available they can show?
Im curious about what the scatter map should actually look like. I noticed a few people just pluging in there diffuse map but that doesn't seem like the correct thing to do. I assume the scatter map is different from what you would use as subdermis in Toolbag 2.
The scatter map is useful if you want to control how much scattering certain areas have, for instance, less on the eyebrows. You can also mask the shader with the scatter map alpha channel, black in alpha will = lambertian and you can fade between lambertian and skin with gray values. Changes in value in RGB will result in more or less scattering, while changes in alpha will blend between the two shading models
Magdalena Dadela posted her Goblin character TB3 scene on gumroad, which has a scatter map: https://gumroad.com/l/RyTRN#
Some example images and there is a video example of my character:
