Hello everyone and happy new year.So my school assignment is about creating art deco environment and i'm having trouble in finding reference for it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.It would also be helpful if someone can give me advice on finding references as i feel i'm not really good at it.
p.s. I was thinking if this would fit in art deco.

- Bishock references and concepts (give you an idea on proportions used and generic geometry used)

You will probably notice that creating high poly hard surface models will help in this style.

If you already have a specific idea of the function of your environment, telling us would help us suggest some references. If you don't, I'd highly recommend thinking of a specific purpose for the environment you're making!
Why not do a hotel bedroom? You could even give it some extra personality, make it the bedroom of a 1930s spy or something!
I'm kidding, of course— do a lot of research too, and look at more than staplers— but I think it does a good job of distilling down the elements of art deco into a small object. I keep one on my desk as inspiration (and to staple things).
