3ds Max crashes on startup! Need Help!!!

Hey guys and girls,

I have a reeeaaaaly annyoing problem at work with my 3ds Max 2016 And I just don't know why. Max freezes when starting after it loaded all the plugin's.

I nailed the problem so far, that I can start it only when I delete the en-US Folder under - C:\Users\Martin\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2016 - 64bit\ENU -

But when I do that my customized Toolbar is gone every time and I really need it because I use a lot of custom scripts.

If anyone had the same problem or can help, please let me know.

What version? Have you check for Service Packs?
With your settings have you tried using the "Change Graphics Mode" shortcut?

Oh forgot to to mention the version. It's 2016 and yeah all servicepacks are installed. I didn't try the changing the Graphic Mode but I will try it tomorrow.
