Hey nice work, the weight and timing overall feels really good.
Maybe have a look at the weight when he picks it up after the impact, he seems to lift it pretty high with ease making the sword feel lighter than before. Having the sword lower as he lifts it over his body might help.
The right foot sliding backwards is ok but it feels like a blend when returning to its original position. Maybe have him step back into position instead of slide.
I agree with Adam about the sword. also that will help steer the cycle towards poses that go A, B, C, A, instead of A, B, A. He's already brought the sword over his head in the beginning, so the second half of the animation is your chance to show us a slightly new pose. Also, I love the head action during the strike. This is a really fun animation.
