Substance painter - car paint and baking without highpoly

Hello, i'm pretty new to substance software, but i hope this questions would make sense.

First of all - how can i achieve carpaint look with substance painter? I'm making a car game model for a first time and i really confused about it. I thought carpaint would be default material in SP2, but it's not. Then i looked up in Substance Share, but can't find it there neither. I looked up for some old videos on youtube and turned out there was car paint material in 1.5 version of SP, so than gets me really confused. And i haven't found any good tutorials on PBR game car texturing. So what's the best way to achieve carpaint look?

Also second question - my model is fully made with smoothing groups, but i'm not planning to make high poly, but i guess, i should bake textures anyway? Should i just place my low-poly in high-poly slot, or there are better ways to do it?
