Hello everyone,
I would really welcome any critique of my model. It is a Radsonne Lamp prop, modelled for real time game rendering.
Prop is found here:

http://www.sterba-bike.cz/produkt/big-acetylene-gas-lamp-radsonne?lang=ENI have rendered it in Marmoset, but I have not yet tweaked any of the Marmoset settings to get any fancy renders. I also haven't done any fancy portfolio presentation for it yet, I'm just showing it in Marmoset viewer with a few of the texture maps and my high poly also. It is 3876 tris and my first attempt at PBR, using Substance Painter and some Photoshop.
I would also really appreciate any advice on how to do the glass lenses, as I haven't figured that out yet and it is unfinished. I am just using a "cutout" for the lense opacity atm, which I know is wrong, but nothing else seemed to work as well. I thinking that I need separate shaders for my transparent parts? and am I right in thinking that anything that needs these shaders should be their own separate geometry part, with their own UV pelt?
I also have another question, I'm building this portfolio to get work in environments and props for games, I have 3 more models that are ready for texturing, I was wondering if it is recommended that I do some props non PBR, maybe just using photoshop, to show some variety in skill and technique?
Many thanks for any critique or help, much appreciated. If you would like to see anything else please let me know.
