Where do I go next with this model? (Maya)

Hi guys,

I just want to say I am fairly new to Maya and I have a questions. I made a model of a simple hut. I want to export it to 3D Coat and handpaint it to achieve a WoW look. However I don't know how around to UV this. I tried to use Booleans to connect them but that makes it really messy and I want it game-ready. I am attaching a few screenshots to help. Thanks in advance guys!

    for what I can see if you can UV unwrap cube you will have no problem UVing this house, as it is simply a bunch of cubes on different shapes and sizes, just dont over think it and do it one area at time. unwrap tiles, hide tiles, unreal windows, hide windows, and if you are laying all in one UV, is a good idea to layout similar materials close together, like on corner for wood, one corner for walls, etc.. I hope that helps!
    Also, unless this is for mobile I suggest you applying some extra bevel on those sharp corners, at least the ones that form the silhouette, like to wood on the top and chimney.
