You should go on artstation or pinterest and look at what talented artists create. Look at how they present their models and how they create them. Here are some of my favorites:

Before you do any more projects I think you should do a tutorial that goes through a typical workflow, one that includes subdivision. I linked one in your last thread. Tim has a lot of free ones - https://gumroad.com/timb
Your models are unfinished and rushed. Forget about this speed modeling stuff. After you've completed a tutorial and want to make something of your own, sit down and gather a lot of reference. Tell yourself that you are going to make something that isn't going to take 20 minutes to make. Things that will help you learn and that will look nice are not in the same category as things you can make in 20 minutes.
If you do this, you will get better and get feedback that will help you progress. Just do it.

You won't get good feedback making unfinished projects. Look at this models and look at yours. What is different about your model compared to them?

just felt like he is promoting his youtube channel with all these speed modelling videos and asking for critique was somewhat obligatory. I probably got it wrong and he just wants to improve his skills. Sorry mate! Keep it up!
Once you get a good handle on the tools themselves, then do what the others have suggested. Model from references, from life. Grab stuff around you and think how you'd build it. Take references. Build gradually more and more complex objects. That's how you really push your 3D to the next level.
