I realized after seeing all the Substance Designer goodness everywhere that I really need to get back to using this amazing tool!
Feedback on what to improve and how is greatly appreciated on every single piece I post here!
To get myself back in the saddle I decided to make a manhole cover, meant more as practice than anything else.


This is the reference image I tried recreating within SD.

I can instantly see that you lack contrast in normals. They're too soft, I would try to pump up the intensity on the normal node to 2.5 - 3. That + make the beveling way more sharp on the shapes.
Are there going to be holes as in the reference also?
