Modeled in Maya, textured using Substance Painter and Photoshop. Rendered in the Marmoset Toolbag 3 Beta. The model is about 42K tris.
This is the first asset for an upcoming scene that I am currently creating.

As the mech is inspired by art from the Swedish artist Simon Stålenhag, the plan os to make a scene in a similar style. The idea behind most of his art is to take a classical Swedish setting/mood and then add robots, dinosaurs or some odd scifi things (he has also done this with some American scenes).
My plan is to make an autumn scene set in the Swedish countryside with the mech, a typical red Swedish cottage and some smaller "Swedish" elements.
I think it will be a very interesting piece of work. Trying to catch the feeling of Sweden but with the unfamiliarity of the mech will be a fun challenge
