Maya doesn't support direct folder plugin

hi, im using direct folder for quickly search for folder
im working with massive file and different folder in different drive
3dmax, photoshop and even major of 3d software was support this direct folder plugin, and really a life saver,
but when i work in maya, maya doesnt even react with this plugin
maya want to play smart with those lame explorer and workspace that doesnt even better than windows explorer, it just give me headache with maya explorer
and its really painfull when searching folder,
it quickly give you depression and anxiety when you search folder manually
i feel less productive if my 40% time was wasted for searching specific folder
yeah i can use workspace in maya, but i put different thing in different place
so can this direct folder work on maya? or there any plugin like direct folder that
can use for maya?
