Color window position doesn't save (OSX)

Hey, when I open the color picker window and move it to a location I like it'll stay there while I'm working on that same layer but if I switch layers then open the color picker it goes back to it's default postion. Is there any way to have it stay where I put it? Using a Macbook pro with a second monitor. I'd like it to stay on the second monitor but it always pops back to the first.
