Zbrush dragging problem?

I dont know if its my pen or zbrush but im starting to think its my pen and that sucks.
Basically you know how you hold CTRL to drag out a mask? It seems like I cant do that for any period of time.

If I were to make a simple mask square and drag it out, itll deselect. Its like I cant simply hold the mask there as a rectangle, only very quick mask selections.

Also holding CTRL and SPACE now brings up the mask radius options instead of letting me adjust the mask. Trying to adjust a mask also moves the actual document for some reason. Anyone encounter this?

Okay so its not zbrush. It seems like my pen "shuts off" when held still. Basically if I move my pen, my tablet detects it fine but as soon as i STOP, my tablet stops registering it as there. This sucks bad. Anyone have that problem? A pen not reading when held still?

Is it a Wacom tab? I had a problem where I had to go in and manually turn on or restart the Wacom service to get it to work properly.

its a huion h610pro. I had it for years. I tried with other pens that I had and it turns out its the pen. If I turn the pen around, it detects left clickig and holding. Its like one side of the pen is unresponsive unless its moving while the other side responds no matter what.
