This fire extinguisher is a test project I've done to practice PBR texturing in Substance Painter. I've named it "The Elephant"
I've put some effort into modeling to create a quite accurate representation of real-world fire extinguisher. It's not exact replica, some details were ommitted on purpose, but it's close. The model thus is fairly high polygonal with ~91k triangles, so it's not really suited for real-time usage.
During texturing I had a "design thought" and made the lower handle in black colour — it should associate with black colour of rubber hose that can be moved by the operator and provide a tip on what handle to squeeze to put the extinguisher to action.
Final shots were rendered with Iray inside the SP. I've tried to make them in a way that the extinguisher would "pop" a bit, so I've tuned the scene to make the asset bright and vibrant enough to achieve the goal.
