    It's a bit pear-shaped, which isn't a big deal as you'd probably be using it half stuck in the ground or something. But I'd add some smaller forms as it is quite flat.
    Also your base rock has a very similar roughness across it, creating flat highlights. Try add some more variation to the roughness, and make it slightly less reflective!

    Hey man, good  start! Just one note that I think would help out a lot. I think you definitely need some sharper and flatter shapes going on in there. It feels like you made the big, primary shapes secondary to the "rocky details" and because of this it seems kind of blobby when in game. Grab some ref and really focus on the bigger forms first before going in with a rock detail alpha. The texture looks nice, throw that onto a rock with some more primary forms and it'll look great!
