3ds max 2017 sp2 UV offset isn't working?

Ok, Autodesk is really annoying now After fixing broken snap it is now not working UV offset in Edit UVWs window. Can anybody confirm the same problem? I can't enter any values. Thanks.

Yes, it's broken. Thankfully I use Polyunwrapper which has a tile offset button (which, frankly, should have been added to 2017)
