Hey Guys, this is just me trying to start a sketchbook and get into the habit of seeing what, how, and where to improve my ability. These are just some of my latest works where some of these assets are for a mini project that a small bunch of our class is working towards

Started experimenting with mental ray and trying different lightings and render settings

Lately with all the Pokemon GO craze, i have been so inspired to create my favourite starter of all time.. and so i did. started a sketch concept but got carried away and started painting it like crazy but i like what got from it

Started Creating the rock after and while creating the rock, i got to try out many of the brushes that zbrush has to offer and allowed me to get comfortable with the layout

After i finish with the rock, i started working on charmander. I chose to work from a dynasphere as i have never been able to get zpheres working accordingly to my needs. Had to experiment and get use to using the subdivisions for details and reverting back to a lower subdivision for restructuring purposes.

Overall, i am happy with what i have accomplished so far but i know this is far from over and so, ill continue my to post my progress

My finished project. I learned alot of new things with this which include rigging and skin weighting. Overall im happy with this finished product but i know i can do much much better therefore... Onwards to MOOAR learning and MOOAR doing

Currently learning how to improve my renders. Been fiddling with Mental Ray and also trying out the new Maya 2017 Arnold Renderer.. Still figuring out the shaders but here's a quick piece i did trying to get the PBR look

Inspiration came from the recent build that Man At Arms Reforge did of Trunks Z-Sword

finished most of the assets and mainly happy with all. just small tweaks here and there till im fully satisfied
