Hey guys so ive been working on this head sculpt to practise texturing skin and hair and well im at a loss here. I'm attempting to create realistic skin and hair yet my result is very stylised. Does anyone have any tips or workflows I could follow when developing skin and hair textures. I am currently trained in 3ds max, Ue4, Zbrush and substance painter as well as photoshop. Anyway below are some screens of my work so far. Including screens of the head as well as the texture sheet.
