We are seeking an UI Artist to design and develop icons and User Interface for our project. The Artist needs to follow instructions from the Art Lead and the Project Lead in creation of assets. Open evaluation to and from other team members would also be expected.

 Mandatory Attributes:
1. Must be familiar with image creation software such as Adobe Photoshop and GIMP.
2. Have knowledge of creating digital 2D work for video and print.
3. Able to create intuitive UI & icons for interactive games.
4. Willing to follow explicit instructions and make changes where needed.

Preferred:
5. Be an avid gamer, have played a wide collection of games from various genres.

We are looking for a 3D Modeller to implement and refine 3D models for the game. You will be collaborating with other team members to come up with 3D objects that meet polygon count requirements as well as high texturing quality. You will also need to be able to enact upon explicit instructions from the Art team Lead and the Project Lead.

You responsibilities will be:
1. Create 3D models conforming to the poly-count requirements.
2. Skinning, un-wrapping and texturing of models created.
3. Be able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

We are also looking for an Animations Rigger to join the Development team to rig models and create animations. You will be collaborating with fellow members of the Animations team, and follow explicit instructions from the Animations Lead and the Project Lead to craft smooth, flowing animations. As an Animations Rigger for this project you will be required to:
1. Have working knowledge of appropriate animation suites.
2. Translate written requirements into visually rich media experiences.
3. Handle multiple tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.
4. Contribute to constructive discussions and be able to act upon feedback. 5. In-depth knowledge of the Unity Engine UMA character creation system, or the ability to learn would be a great advantage!

 We offer profit-sharing from crowd-funding generated to team members who spend 15-20 hours per week on company projects and meet Starboard Games deadlines. Currently we are unable to offer wages or per-item payments due to us being an independent developer, your understanding is greatly appreciated.
