Hi everyone!
I'm making this small gamedev project to add something to my portfolio. It's a puzzle/room escape game taking place in H. P. Lovecraft's universe. I'm mostly doing this by myself so I felt like it'd be nice to show the progress somewhere and hopefully get some feedback
Tools include Maya, Max, GIMP, Substance Painter & Unity.
Right now I'm thinking of adding some dust particles in the air and after that adding the main characters hands to be visible in the camera (Firewatch style). And then there'll be an inventory where you can inspect some items more closely.. Lots to do! Will update here when some progress is made.
Would love to hear your thoughts!

I also redid some of the models and textures, added floating dust with particles and made some progress with the inventory. I'll probably start to work with the main character's hands next.
Any comments are very welcome!
Certainly is looking a lot better, could do with being a bit brighter, but the room has an atmosphere now. The inventory looks great, is it a game play element? how does it work?

I'm calling it finished now! Sorry for the lack of in-between updates but since last post I redid a lot of the models, got lights to bake correctly in Unity and added final touches with particles and added some image effects to the camera I'm quite happy with the finished product. I'd love to know what you guys think of course!
Many thanks for @jaker3278 for providing great insight on my wip pieces.
