Pushing myself further (feedback would be appreciated)

Hi! I'm still somewhat of a newbie to the 3D art scene, I've been practising 3D for just over a year now, and I've noticed significant improvements to my work over the past couple of months. I really want to push myself to the point where I can produce similar work to what I see on sites like this one or ArtStation; I have linked my most recent piece of work that I'm rather proud of (it's easily one of my best pieces although not perfect) and I would greatly appreciate any feedback or constructive criticism.
