PBR painting tutorials for 3D-Coat?

I've started doing some game dev in Linux, and since I have been waiting for Substance to drop a Linux binary for something like 2 years I've considered going to 3D-Coat for my texturing.  However, I can't find any decent systematic tutorials for painting with smart materials and PBR.  I'd gladly pay if there were some.  Does anyone know of anything?

Be still my heart. Is it Substance Painter 2 only? I never used my upgrade coupon because of the lack of a Linux binary, so I'm stuck on 1.7.

Ha yes, Painter 2 only. The upgrade price has no expiration date though.
