Say for example I create animations using the student version of Maya and also have a fairly large following on You tube. Lets say around 60,000 subscribers. Obviously If I monetized any of the videos I would be breaking Maya's licensing terms, BUT however, what would happen If I set up a patreon and had people donate to me? this seems like a grey area and I would like to know because I wouldn't necessarily making money directly from the videos themselves but instead accepting money as a donation. (To make things more complicated, what if I had a mixture of 2D AND 3D animations and still received money from my patreons? how would autodesk discern which type of video I am getting donations for?)
Its a tricky one and if anyone could shed light on the question that would be great!

kinda like someone made an animated movie, but because it's a video and not realtime it would make it ok.
