For this Csgo skin contest I wanted to make it based on TRON (1982)

PHASE 1

I started by getting the UV Sheet and changing the color to blue

Phase 2

Expanded the lines a bit and made it a bit more blue

Phase 3

Added a small white line in the middle of the clue line and copeid the blue layer and gave it blur to give that glow look

Here I changed the grip to orange have to experiment a bit with that and it doesn't look as good as I want right now and I also added A background texture to give it a grainy feel might remove it or make it darker

I complete trashed the orange grip idea as even in the tron film its more of lines that filling in an area I kept the texture of the gun the same just made it darker on all places except for the grip where I also added arrows. I also added arrows on the bottom of the trigger guard. and that is all
