Hello y'all!
Hope it's ok that I'm asking this here - I've googled for days and found no answer if it's possible.
I'm working with a more cartoony rig in Motionbuilder and would like to rotate the elbows freely for smoother animations, but Motionbuilders HumanIK is not to helpful here...
Is there any way I can override the rotationLimit on the HIK's elbows?
As in the image: the arm is at max rotation and wont let me rotate more. This is SuperIrritating...

Expect some wonky flipping though. One thing you can try is make your animation without breaking the joints then plot on the skeleton and then animate directly on the skeleton.
