loading custom shelf in maya error

Hi guys,
I have a question about loading custom shelf in maya.
Basically, I'm using maya 2016 and created custom shelf in 2016 , but It doesn't work when I tried to load the same custom shelf in maya 2015. I've researched this issue, now I think I can't solve this problem by myself.
please, give me some tips. thanks for reading.
