Everyone responding to the job posting. You must include relevant experience. I've seen a whole bunch of portfolios that do not display the experience we need, or relatable experience.  While this may sound rude, we are having to toss out alot of candidates. You must display having done third person perspective building design in your portfolio. It is a skillset in itself. Thank you, and we look forward to your submissions. 

Also don't just paste in your portfolio link. Our ppl reviewing will open the link and if it isn't what they are expecting to see, or have to hunt, they move on. We have alot of submissions.
