Making Game Assets out of LEGO Models

Made a set of videos for one of my team members to assist them in learning my process for making LEGO game assets. Thought I'd share them here to get feedback from y'all on the process I use and offer suggestions where y'all see any room for improvement.
Process mostly consists of straightforward modeling, mapping, texture bakes, and compositing the bakes into a finished texture.
