Is there a way to make all the fibermesh hair strands point at a single point in space?

For example, I create a small sphere, then I tell the fibermesh hair strands to all point towards that small sphere?

I know I can use gravity setting of 1 or -1, but I can't seem to automatically make the hair strands point at a single position in world space.

After you've hit "Accept" you should have the FiberMesh as a separate SubTool. You could then go into the SubTool and use the transform widgets to move the hair strands to your sphere. Roots are automatically masked out when deforming a FiberMesh SubTool, so that it will look like the tips are pointing at the transform gizmo center when you, for example, scale them down towards it.
I don't know if this will suit the look you're going for, since this will also modify the length of the Fibers. You can still tweak them manually though, afterwards.
