Wow that's looking insane. You've done a great job of transferring the character from his mount to a more static diorama. The hair and beards also looking great

Realised i was on very negative story now i want to show orc beast He is strong and freak of nature but he had a soft heart also.

so he is fighting for ethics.

My concept is not final.I am trying to catch a good story

I think new idea is better fit in theme of contest but you need to show soft heart of your orc without other character in scene. Couple of characters it's against the rules

i want to show orc beast He is strong and freak of nature.
His beauty is he believe in the GOD.
my goal is -
beast saving the god statue (shiva linga) from Atheist peoples
Atheist peoples population are highest so they are strong and their motive is destroy the God statue.
And they killed anyone who believe in existence and GOD

i think my beast with tail not looking so good i want to remove tail and god statue (shiva linga) place on the pedestal
guys suggest me its looks good with tail or without tail.

Now that you say it, i think the issue with the tail is that is too large and heavy, maybe you can work in a version with tail, but more in proportion with the anatomy of the character.
