Hi everyone ! This is my first post here, I really like theme of this contest and I’m trying to do something, and hoping to finish it  

 Basic ideas:

                -Dark Fantasy

               -Create horrible creature

                -Beauty who become the beast

                -Flying creature

                -Very hard work on feathers

                -Mixed material and texture (Skin, leather,feather,steel,horn … )

Hey ! Ok here this is differents concepts i made for my creature but he's not definitive, he can be change during sculpt process. I always think in of the feather, it's first one for me, i don't really know how i can do it. Maybe use fibermesh for the little feather , or Ornatrix in 3DS Max.  
Now i'm going to start the sculpt !
