I agree with MAKKON about the sternocleidomastoids. I also feel like he could do with a few extra chins. There does not seem to be any trace of the Mylohyoid muscles. Just my two cents, Totally up to you... I have 100% faith in your skills.

The shape of the top lip feels like something I'd see in a cute mammal, rather than in something scary.
You're right; they're pretty pronounced. I'm going to have to fill him out a little more.
As for teeth, I think I'm going to go with something sharp, somewhat akin to shark teeth.
