Hey guys im new to zbrush and want to learn it but im having a hard time with that. 
What should i do next?
and how is it posible to sculpt cloth like in the reference pic?

    Not a bad start. My best advice is to ALWAYS start as low poly as you possibly can. From there, slowly divide up as you need more detail. Do not move onto another subdivision level until you've defined everything you possibly can in the current sub d level. You've achieved an okay result on the face, but I can tell you went too high poly too fast, and you overused the smooth (shift). Try using the Polish brush and experiment with other brushes to get better smoothing. Use shift-smooth as little as possible -- it really hurts the model and makes it look unnatural.

    Get naked body to look right first. Clothing comes last. Hit up some anatomy stuff now.

    #ALLENGIGRICH okay thanks for the advice i Will try and use some different brushes instead. Should i keep sculpt in dynamesh or use the zremesher?

    so i have to find some anatomy to sculp the bidt first :) should i find anatomy both on humans and goblins? :)

    An update on my goblin.. need some C/C :)
    i know that i still need to make the hands. but i dont know how much into detail i need to go with the body. when most of it get's covered by cloth. 
    would like some advice what to do next :)
