If you want to get a job in 3D modeling you gotta get the full workflow down, highpoly to lowpoly, baking, realistic assets, avoid made-up things. I very strongly suggest doing tutorials that go though the full workflow like this one

Hi Shrike,
I want to thank you for your response to my post because I really appreciate it. I also wanted to let you know that I always use references for my scenes and props. That is also including the one that is posted here, but I will find something more realistic to model. I will continue to upload updates here. Thank you.

Nice stuff dude. 
Its looking a little play station era-y right now. I think you need to step your realism up to the next level, or just the quality of your textures. Nice portfolio sir.
