Beginner here,
I'm a noob, hobbyist interested in environmental 3D art. I've noticed a lot of projects, particularly low-poly ones, are modelled with a sort of irregular, crooked style. Modelling this way seems to complicate things a lot for me, it's a lot harder than modelling symmetric projects.
Anyone have links to any useful tutorials on how to achieve this kind of style? The software I am using is Autodesk 3D Studio Max but I can probably apply the same techniques from tutorials for alternative software.

Always make the parts separate and than attach them later. Don't try and make it all in one piece.
