@spexel well at first the point was to get myself into a working mode, and get motivated about creating and experimenting, and try and build some portfolio and a web presence, so after a few months of pumping daily stuff I got an offer to work as a product visualiser .. which is my dayjob now - but I keep on doing these and trying to experiment even more, and feel relaxed while doing it, experimenting, training, getting to know different techniques, trying out all software I can get my hands on..
- decided I'm not gonna waste a singe day anymore, and just spend each free moment doing stuff, learning, being creative in any manner possible .. something I wanted to do for a long time, but just found a lot of excuses why not to do..
- BTW stopped drinking, eating meat, eating trash, playing games, got rid of all distracting people, and most stuff that just deflects my focus, and started doing me..
- finally I've realised I will use every day to do something I can reflect on later - sometimes I do crap stuff, but I feel good whenever I finish one, it's like a to do list you check of every day, it's like and anti depressant for me
- I'm still in the realisation phase, not exactly sure what I'm doing it for (I did do a few designs for a game intro), I'm gonna discover what to do with all of those along the way, for now I'd like to extract like a 100 renders/thing and wanna print out some book portfolio type thing..
These are looking great! It's too bad your page takes forever to load. The JPGs are about 1.8mb each, and the GIFs are about 5 or 6mb each.
You ought to look into compression options. Shorter GIFs with a lower framerate, try to get them under 2mb each. Smaller JPG resolution, like 1280 wide, you should easily be able to get them below 500kb.
I wish I could front-page a few of these, but they're just too large.
