Hi guys
I'm new to baking assets, I created this a few weeks ago. It was a headache to get to this point, lots of trial and error. The diffuse is pretty ugly but I hoped to have made some progress with the normal map. I would like to know what you guys think? I would like to create more assets with your feedback. Thanks in advance!

If the asset is just for practice don't be afraid to use more triangles, especially to get the silhouette right (not really saying you mesh is too lowpoly or anything though).
The central piece seems to have a few smoothing errors. If you haven't, I'd suggest using different smoothing groups for each uv island to make sure the low poly looks as clean as possible to begin with (there's only so much in terms of smoothing errors that a normal map can correct).
Also make sure you look into PBR texturing, it's a lot of fun, yields nice results and it's being used more and more in games.
