@stabbington : i recently tested the Mixamo auto rigging (free for meshes < 10k tris)(news here : http://www.polycount.com/2012/11/29/mixamo-wants-your-characters/) and it works wonders . Takes 2 minutes to configure and calculate rigging and it's done ! Maybe you must few adjustments but you 'll win a lot of time, thanks to Mixamo

@ Rikk The Gaijin : i don't understand how you do this but your Heisenberg is more beautiful than the real one ! very good job !
