So much has happened this week! A few of our members have teamed up to start an Unofficial Community Collaboration. We announced the winners of the Team Fortress 2: The Polycount Pack Contest. And we also have some new merch in the Polycount Store. MMMM... you can smell them cooking from here in the editing booth.

Pimping & Previews
The Previews and pimping threads continue to bring out the weird and usually the best the the community 
I was togging through the TF2 hats thread in there from the beginning. You can see so many of the efforts in there are already in game. It's interesting seeing some of the first drafts of the items. There is of course plenty more beyond TF2 in there.
Low Poly Challenge #3 - Time Machine!
Hawken has started up the third of the low poly challenges. This time [a pun!] you are to make a time machine. Rules and the beginning entries are listed here. I highly suggest that if you are looking to get your feet bloody with some modeling, this is where you start. A low poly challenge will give you plenty to chew on without getting too deep into the really cutting edge tech.

This is Polycount doing what Polycount does best! A small group of members have decided to embark on a tremendous journey to team up and create some game art through a collaborative effort. This will definitely be a great project to follow, so great in fact that we've given them their own sub-forum.

- New Greentooth t-shirt design
This morning we launched our new Greentooth t-shirt design, which will make you leap higher, run faster and solve Sudoku puzzles within seconds.
Buy one for you mum, just to show her you care. All proceeds go towards the proper care and maintenance of the servers. We don't make a ton off these things so buy one for yourself too.
