Has anyone had issues with Agisoft Photoscan?

Hey guys, Has anyone had any issues with agisoft photoscan, On my ALL In one HP Dell with only 4gb ram, a built in graphics card and an i3 4 core processor agisoft could build dense clouds and mesh and textures at 4K resolution, yet with my
12GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750, I7 8Core Processor I get told not enough memory to build a dense cloud or even a 1024K Texture???
If anyone has had an issue with this before please let me know the outcome! Cheers in advance.
