Unreal Engine 4 Specular Map / Reflection problems.

Greetings!
I am quite new to the texture node-system in Unreal Engine 4 and I need some help with a wall texture I am currently working on.

The result I want: I want the texture to display scratches depending on the light in the room! More light should bring out the scratches, and the darker the texture is the less of the scratches should be shown. (Or the angle of which you look at it should display the material in a different way).

I have done an example in Marmoset to give you an idea of what I, sort of mean.
Instead of having scratches I added a Checker map for it to be easier for you to see. As you can see in the image below, depending on the angle the Material / Texture shows a different result!

How can I achieve that in Unreal Engine 4?
