So I am baking normal maps for the first time which is all going well, but I want to bake the displacement maps on my hi poly with the other hi poly information.
Is there a way to either apply the displacement geometry to the models, or to include them in the normal bake?

or use mudbox to displace your model...
if the dispmap is just painted you could use ddo to convert it into a normal...
think knald is also able to do that...
you can also use substance designers 'height to normal' node
just in case you didn't want to use any of the other methods...
