Your favorite weapon is a flamethrower and the crawlers are your prey ? As a Firebug you should wear this 'Bug' gas mask, it will protect you from all the biohazard mess and you will scare these monsters for sure.
Inspired by fly and mosquito proboscis.
Very basic concept, I prefer to make a prototype sculpt without details to see how it looks in 3D on the character as a "concept-sculpt" and then I do it properly.

Sculpt done, I think I will have to work hard to make it fit under the polycount for each LOD ...
Changed the design a bit and optimized UV, I have to rebake and make textures
Creating the main colors for the mesh
It was way too clean for Killing Floor, I changed the texture quite a bit
