So here is the scenario: I have a demon-esq creature that has bat wings sticking out of the back. Now then, I can model the frame of the wings but the actual skin part in between is where I am stuck at.
Should I use a separate flat plane to model the wings on?
Or should it be a an actual piece of geometry that has depth along with traditional width and height?
This character is going to be used in a game and I am trying to aim for a poly count less than 8k tris. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
