Greetings,
Recently I started work on a personal project, code named Elemental Battlestorm, I hope to see modeled in 3D. In the mean time I've been working on several post-it and notebook sketches. I'm currently at the point where I am pumping out some value washes for my pieces, possibly coloring them in the end. So here I just wanted to display some pieces and hopefully I can get some feedback. Thanks in advance everyone!
Eternal Terrace: The constant shift of landmasses provide an unsteady ground for foliage to grow. Those that do manage to grow only do so in sparse patches of these ever changing foot hills.
Forth From Recluse: They say there are wild creatures that walk on three feet that lurk in these patches of the woods. Seldom do they leave the forests.
Honeycomb Palace: Maulla's cliffs are carved from the inside out by swarms of Apoideans. They make their homes within the safest reaches of the mountains under the rule of one queen and her royal courtiers.
Well of Akerries: Within dark temples, old and abandoned, wild plants thrive in the blessed waters of Akerries. Many assume bewildering forms to guard these sacred structures.

These are looking cool and I'm liking the story elements!
If you want some feedback in terms of critiques for the designs then I think some value definition, lighting and edge control will go a long way for these pieces. If you check out any of James Paick's tutorials online (free or paid ones) I think it'll be a fantastic bridge to help you improve these pieces to better narrate the well-thought stories behind them.
Great work and keep them coming
Best regards,
Gavin
